Cresta Bateman

Veteran Board Member, Volunteer

Cresta Bateman is an Army Combat Veteran and helped her husband, Ben co-found SFW.  She served for eight years as an Army Logistics Officer and deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.  Cresta was commissioned from the United States Military Academy in 2006 earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering Management.  She also holds a Master’s of Science in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology.  Amongst her numerous Army awards, Cresta earned the Parachutist badge and the Pathfinder badge to name a few. 

Cresta grew up in New Mexico doing everything outdoors from backpacking to skiing.  She is passionate about serving her Warrior community.  Cresta currently volunteers for Sportsmen For Warriors coordinating operations, planning, social media, and webmaster.
